Palm Street Block Association was organized on August 22, 2009. We are located in the Vailsburg area of Newark, NJ.
The block association was founded to promote the safety and general welfare and to preserve and improve the quality of life of our immediate community. The block association is run by a volunteer executive board of directors made up of block residents. The board meets on a regular basis; block residents are welcome to attend.
