Grand Master Craig Mason, personal security specialist, with over 40
years experience is offering a seminar on self protection specifically
tailored for women.
No prior self defense experience is necessary to attend.
Women who have martial arts backgrounds are also welcome.
The seminar will focus on practical methods of self defense
as well as conflict avoidance.
